Allegra has years of experience in the mental health and developmental disability field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and completed her Master’s Degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in Community Counseling.
