 Deb Rupe currently serves as a Residential Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive quality services in all our service locations. In this capacity, Deb works closely with the Residential, Vocational, Case Management Departments. She also chairs our Human Legal Rights (HLR) Committee and serves on a variety of other internal committees. Deb has 25 years of experience in the developmental disability field. She has worked in a wide range of settings, including a state hospital, pm medication supervisor at a board and care facility with 99 consumers, a class room instructor, two positions as a residential manager and Residential Director. Deb thoroughly enjoys her position and believes that DSN is the best human services provider in the state of Nebraska. |
