Rosalie Coash is a Residential Coordinator for DSN in Omaha. Rosalie came to ACT in August 2003, which became part of DSN in April 2005, and has worked as a direct support staff, residential manager and case manager. She accepted the position of Case Management Coordinator in November of 2006. Rosalie works closely with the residential and vocational Departments, as well as Service Coordination, Guardians, and professionals in the medical field, to ensure those that are supported by DSN are receiving quality care. She is responsible for tracking all medical appointments, database entry, and reviewing Confidential and Medication books. Rosalie also, teaches a Case Management class, which is intended to help staff understand the importance of them being an advocate for those they support, ensuring they are getting quality care, and that the needed paperwork is complete and accurate. She has recently accepted the chair position for the Human Legal Rights committee in Omaha. Rosalie thoroughly enjoys her position as Case Management Coordinator and those she works with. She is very grateful to be part of such a company as DSN and is looking forward to its continued growth. |
